Hello movie fans!

As some of you may know, the Academy uses ranked choice voting to select best picture, best actor, and best actress. You can learn more about how the Oscar voting process works on the FairVote website.

I thought you would be interested because ranked choice voting advantages women candidates in jurisdictions where it is used - listen to Minneapolis mayor Betsy Hodges' take on how RCV helped her candidacy.

FairVote has developed an app withCivinomics that allows voters to try ranked choice voting!

Cast your ranked ballot for:

Best Actress in A Leading Role

Best Actor in A Leading Role

Best Picture

I have attached some images to share on social media if you'd like to help spread the word about the many uses of ranked choice voting!

Have fun voting just like the stars!
