Lan Nguyen is a long-standing organizational development expert with nearly 20 years of leading non-profit and investor-owned organizations. She is an experienced strategic advisor for non-profit organizations, specializing in start-ups, spin-offs, and mature organizations.
Lan began her career in commercial banking followed by private education at Sidwell Friends School. She held administrative positions at The Health Management Academy, a content-based organization for healthcare executives. She is co-founder of Think Medium; a multi-media think tank focused on healthcare leadership. She is also the COO and Executive VP at FairVote.
Lan holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland. Her Bachelor’s degree is from the University of Maryland in Business Law and Public Policy.
