Peng Gao

Peng Gao (she/her) is a communications fellow at RepresentWomen, based in Arlington, Virginia. In this role, she shapes the organization's messaging, storytelling, and online presence. Before joining RepresentWomen, she worked in public affairs and the nonprofit sector, building expertise in graphic design, video editing, and strategic storytelling. Peng holds an MA in Culture, Communication, and Technology from Georgetown University, where she developed a deep interest in gender equality and systemic reform, leading her to volunteer with several organizations dedicated to empowering women. She uses her voice on behalf of women, especially those from developing countries, so the world can be a more equal place for them to pursue their dreams. Outside of work,  Peng enjoys reading, traveling, and playing tennis.
