Livia Follet

Livia Follet (she/her) is a Communications Fellow at RepresentWomen. With a degree in English Literature and Women and Gender Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder, she believes that women’s stories and representation are essential to democracy. Before joining RepresentWomen, Livia served as an Editorial Fellow at Ms. magazine where she wrote about voting rights, abortion rights, women in politics, and more. She is incredibly lucky to have been raised by women who instilled in her a deep-seeded passion for feminism and social justice.Originally from the heart of the Rockies in Salida, Colorado, Livia is now based in New York City. In her free time you can find her paddling the Arkansas river, running in Astoria Park, baking, or working on her poetry with her writing group.
