Marilyn Harbert is a research intern with the RepresentWomen team this summer. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, she majors in Political Science and minors in Computer Science at Bryn Mawr College in Philadelphia. Coming from a background of research in gender-based violence, she is eager to spend more time thinking about how women can take some power back through politics. She’s very excited to dive deep into campaign finance data this summer and learn more about gender disparities in PAC funding. And in her free time, Marilyn loves to practice with her Rubik’s Cube and edit Wikipedia pages.
