Georgia Sherry

Georgia is a research intern for RepresentWomen and current undergraduate student at the University of Bristol in the UK, double majoring in Politics and Social Policy. Having briefly lived in the U.S., Georgia has since developed a passion for American Politics, despite the logistical challenges in staying up to watch elections, congressional hearings and the State of the Union from the UK. Georgia worked in a progressive school in Kenya for four months where she witnessed the benefits of including women in education and leadership. As a result, she believes passionately in RepresentWomen’s mission to bring more women into government by removing barriers to them.
