Allison Mackenzie is a rising junior at Haverford College majoring in political science and minoring in religion. Strong women such as her peers, professors, and Berkley activist grandma sparked her passion for politics. Outside of politics, she is heavily involved in the athletic community. She is a member of the Haverford Varsity Softball team and the Strength and Conditioning Advisory Committee. Her involvement also transcends to the Silver Spring-Takoma Park community as not only a lifelong athlete but a coach for Takoma Fire Softball and counselor for Takoma Sports Camps. Her experience as a female athlete and attraction to the political world inspires her time with Represent Women. Allison hopes to bring awareness to Represent Women through an outreach strategy system that she plans to devise.
