The Reflective Democracy Campaign from the Women Donors Network is aimed at tackling the structural barriers that are standing in the way of a more reflective democracy. By painting a clear picture and communicating in new ways, the campaign is building more demand for reflective democracy and creating more urgency in the country to address the immoral imbalance in our political system. By funding pilot projects in select states they focus on ways to break down the structural barriers that are holding women and people of color back from political leadership, and push for large-scale systemic reforms around issues like redistricting and money in politics.
