VP for Philanthropy, Amalgamated Bank

Anna Levine Fink is the First Vice President for Philanthropy at Amalgamated Bank. Tapped in April 2016 to lead the Bank’s new Division of Philanthropy, Ms. Fink is responsible for growing and serving a new client base of charitable nonprofits and foundations. Ms. Fink joined the Bank with more than 15 years of experience in public policy advocacy and philanthropy. Immediately before moving to the Bank, she served as the first program officer for the Wyss Foundation’s Women’s Equality Program. Previously, she was a Senior Advisor to the President of the AFL-CIO on innovation and philanthropy, and for 4 years, was a program officer at the New World Foundation, where she founded the LIFT Fund – a collaborative fund dedicated to supporting the future of worker representation, and also served as Co-Chair of the Working Group on Labor and Community of the Neighborhood Funders Group.

A trustee of the Berger-Marks Foundation, Ms. Fink graduated from Macalester College, and holds a master’s degree from the LBJ School at the University of Texas, Austin. Anna lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband and two young daughters.
